Pours a cloudy straw colour with a two inch thick, white, foamy head. The
aroma is of bananas, citrus, orange peel, cloves and some slight bubblegum
in the background. The palate displays some sweetness and citrus fruit
flavours, finishing dry and clean with excellent carbonation which makes for
very easy drinking. This is a solid representation of a Hefeweizen especially
from outside of Germany.
