This delicious sour ale pours dark amber with a tan, inch thick head.
It shows aromas of vanilla, cherries, apples, chocolate, raisins and some slight
funkiness. There is a strong flavour of sour cherries and sweet malt balanced
with well intergrated oak providing great tannin structure and balance
to the high acidity. This is an amazing beer and an excellent example of
the style. Drinking now until 2015.
