Made exclusively by Gary Mills from Jamsheed for Circa and Prince Wine
Store, the medium bodied, spicy and delicious The Little Prince Yarra Valley
Syrah 2010 (sourced from three distinct Yarra Valley soil types, the black
cracking volcanic loam of Kangaroo Ground, the traditional grey Yarra Valley
loam and the rich red clay from the southern end of the Valley) was fermented
with indigenous yeasts, including a high proportion of whole bunches, and aged
in one and two year old French hogsheads. Gravity racked and bottled unfined and
unfiltered, only 150 dozen were made!
