A clear cut Barossa bubbly black of unmistakable origins. Ripe
with a pronounced array of dark berry fruits, sweet spices and conserves. There
is a solid entry which highlights the quality of the base wine, sweetly fruited,
generous with ample weight and overall appeal. Dosage is high, but this works
well with this classic style, and the finish is of sweet black berry and bitter
chocolate. This is the kind of wine that makes Xmas morning special, or boxing
day morning with leftovers from the previous days festive feasts.
