Every year we at the Prince get to taste a lot of wine. Many of the things we get to see are very good, some are great and some are sublime. While it is often not possible to say what the greatest wine you may have drunk  over a 12 month period may be, it is possible to narrow down the field a bit and select your favourite wine of the year.

This is the second annual staff picks tasting where we have asked our managers, staff and the owners to put forward a wine that they rate as the highlight of the year. This will inevitably cause some issues with many of the staff as they worry and fuss over what exactly they should select as their favourite for 2011. However it will most definitely result in one sensational line up.
