Prince Wine Store Wine Courses
Prince Wine Store Courses take two different streams; the in-house courses which have been developed and written by the partners over the last 13 years and those of the Wine & Education Trust of the UK.
The Prince Wine Store courses offered are a Basic Introductory Course, French Wine Course, Italian Wine Course, Riesling Course and two intensive two-week courses; Burgundy and Barolo. These courses are taught by the owners and the members of staff and offer an informal but informative way to learn about wine. Finally, it's important to stress that one of the key aspects to all our in-house courses is that we always use bench-mark wine examples in the curriculum.
The second stream of courses are those of the Wine & Spirit Education Trust of the United Kingdom. These courses are more formal, adhering to a pre-set curriculum administered by approved tutors (including two Masters of Wine). The courses we offer are the Level 2 (Intermediate Certificate), the Level 3 (Advanced Certificate) and the flagship qualification the WSET Diploma.
All the courses of the WSET culminate with an examination which is then marked by the Trust in London. These courses are ideal for the hospitality professional or the keen amateur.
