The Spanish and Portuguese course provides an introduction to the exciting wines of the Iberian Peninsula.  This course is designed for consumers and hospitality professionals, concentrating on the main production areas of Spain and Portugal, what is behind the label of the wines on your local bottleshop shelves and at restaurants. Celebrate the tapas culture in Spain and Portugal with food pairings at each session.

This year we are changing it up a bit with a trip down to the South Melbourne market to buy some traditional Spanish fair which Raul will cook up back at the store. What a treat!

Saturday FEBRUARY 29th from 1.30 – 4.30pm
Saturday MARCH 7th from 1.30 – 4.30pm
Saturday MARCH 14th from 10.30am- 4.30pm Included Market Visit and Cooking

• Week One: Portugal – White Wine (Sherry)
• Week Two: Spain Part 1 – Red Wine
• Week Three: Spain Part 2 – Red Wine (Port)
