Come together to celebrate Bellota’s favourite part of winter, truffle season of course!
Friend and Burrell’s Mel Young has helped us source some of Australia’s finest black truffles from The Truffle & Wine Company in Manjimup, Western Australia and Terra Preta Truffles in Braidwood, New South Wales. 
Nicky’s bespoke menu plays with classic parings we know and love – while letting our homegrown treasures show us what they’re made of.
Five indulgent courses, with a unique wine match to truly recognise the season’s peak bounty from late June to mid August.
