One of FVG’s most dependable estates for quality wines, in my opinion just about any wine you might pick from the winery’s portfolio is a benchmark for the variety. The Malvasia and Pinot Bianco wines are especially good though, the Pinot Grigio and Friulano are also quite fine. The estate is a small one (roughly 50,000 bottles are produced a year from 15 hectares), and the winery is essentially the Drius family home, and vineyards are located in the high quality denominations of the Collio and the Isonzo.
