Likely better known for their super aromatic whites, but also make a pretty handy Pinot Noir.
Struck me straight off as having a smell of Barbaresco (with oak), which is unusual, but nice for me. Red cherry and red berries, twigs and tobacco, spice and rosy perfume. Medium bodied, spicy and juicy, sprinkled with dried herb and its mouth-perfume, fine grained pumice stone tannin, crisp acidity and a crunchy finish of good length, red fruit and sap in the aftertaste. Absolutely charming and great to drink.  GARY WALSH winefront.com.au May 2016

Exotic, fragrant, floral and fruity: Ripe red berry fruits, wild ferment aromas of honey, light dried herb and sweet new oak. Lots of texture and spice with firm ripe tannins – delicious!  Drink 2017 – 2026. 96 Points. CAMERON DOUGLAS Decanter Magazine December 2015
