Uco Valley, Mendoza. They call Torrontes "the liar" because it smells sweet and tastes dry. This is a re-imagination of Torrontes and possibly it's natural calling. Fermented on skins and aged in "un-topped" barrels. This builds all kinds of interesting texture but the varietal aroma still remains. Racy, salty, chalky texture and acid for days. JED MERCHANTS
