The picturesque village of Siatista was established in the 12th century BC and quickly became famous for it's sweet wines made from the indigenous varieties Moshomavro, Nigrikiotiko and Xinomavro. The Diamantis family began planting their vineyards between 850m & 920m in altitude in the 80's, but didn't establish their winery until 2006.

Of course they carry on the regions tradition of weet wines, however alot of effort is now being placed on the dry red wines.  The bottling of their Moschomavro caught our attention with it's bright, fresh  redfruit driven characters.
