90% cabernet sauvignon, 6% merlot and 4% petit verdot. Deep, bright purple-crimson hue; the expressive indeed, perfumed, bouquet pointing the way for the elegant medium-bodied palate, where juicy fruit, oak and tannins are fused seamlessly. Effortless impact. An appropriate wine for Voyager's 40th anniversary, certain to celebrate its 50th. The difficulty will be keeping your hands off it. 98 POINTS , JAMES HALLIDAY

Sourced from fully ripe cabernet that has delivered a mass of deeply concentrated blackcurrant and dark chocolate fruit with a leafy tobacco character. There's an admirable degree of restraint here that harnesses the fruit to deliver a stylish, extended palate. 97 POINTS, RAY JORDAN

Labelled as cabernet sauvignon (only) though there is some merlot in the mix. A beauty. Cabernet to the nth degree. So well structured, so well fruited. Blackcurrant, bay leaves, whispers of both milk and dark chocolate, black olives. It’s juicy, it’s substantial, it’s drawn with firm, fine, sweet tannin. Pretty much a certainly to perform well in the cellar. CAMPBELL MATTINSON

An elegant year finds great expression in this 100% estate-sourced, perfumed blend of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Merlot and 4% Petit Verdot. It's finely-wrought, with fresh acidity and tobacco, cedar and sage lift. In the mouth bitter, chocolate-edged, juicily persistent blackcurrant, blackberry and red cherry fruit is well supported by fine, powdery, graphite tannins which build on a long finish. Aged for 18 months in French oak, 50% new. SARA AHMED, Decanter
