Burn Cottage Tutored Tasting Sydney 2019

Central Otago has its ups and downs, in terms of winemaking style, but Burn Cottage seems to regularly combine fine balance with high drinking appeal. GARY WALSH

Biodynamic farming, loads of care, a selected place to grow great grapes. Good ingredients. Clever winemaker, Claire Mullholland, and in the mix the wonderful consultant in Ted Lemon from Littorai, California. MIKE BENNIE

Burn Cottage continue in the leaders pack of Central Otago wine producers, finding that sweet spot of intensity, depth and finesse. Winemaker Claire Mulholland will be in Australia presenting the release of the Burn Cottage 2017 Pinot Noir. We're extremely pleased she's taking time to join us for an evening tasting through most of the Burn Cottage stable.

PWS Wine Nights are a series of expert led tastings, but rather than a more formal 'masterclass' setting we host these in a more casual sit down affair. 6 to 8 wines, snacks and some great people to share and discuss the evenings themes. Our hosts will be great people, from various wine backgrounds, views and expertise. Ticket price includes grazing snacks.
