CellarHand 20th Anniversary Tour 2019

When he established CellarHand in 1999, Walsh was one of Melbourne’s top sommeliers, working at Langton’s basement wine bar and restaurant in Flinders Lane (now Cecconi’s). These days, it seems, every young sommelier is importing a few cases of wine on the side. Back then it was unusual; Walsh was one of the first of the current generation of importers to cross over from hospitality to wholesale. MAX ALLEN
