This year our annual Shuck Yeah tasting has a stunning line up of some of the best oysters and some great European dry whites. This year we have decided to try and broaden the scope and have found the best Oyster matches from France, Spain, Italy and Greece, all chilled and of course paired with fresh Sydney Rock and Pacific oysters. Can you honestly think of anything you would rather be doing than tasting some of the most minerally and lively winesÂ of EuropeÂ with oysters on a sunny (if we'reÂ lucky) Saturday in Melbourne?
