Venetian (wines) rule: Prosecco, Soave, Valpolicella

In the Italian wine world, the Venetians are responsible for some of the true classic Italian wines.  Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiabene, Soave and Valpolicella wines are recognised around the world. Although there's always been an undercurrent of quality here, there was time where the industrious nature of these regions more prolific winemakers began to water down some of the fine character in the wines. But, that shouldn't distract from those to remain true to their vineyards and seek to be the shining lights of their specialities.  We've put together three great wineries who specialise in some very fine wines indeed.  Bellenda from the hills of Conegliano Valdobbiabene,  Suavia who produce outstanding Soave and Zenato specialist in Valpollicella and Amarone.
