The 2017 Brisat is their generic white from around Capçanes. It is a blend of mostly Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo from early-harvested grapes that fermented in stainless steel with some skin contact and indigenous yeasts. It has a very balsamic nose, very Mediterranean, with lowish alcohol. It's light and refreshing, with a floral nose and a very tasty finish. It has been kept with some lees in stainless steel and was ready to be bottled (in March 2018). They expect to produce some 5,000 bottles. LUIS GUTIÉRREZ, The Wine Advocate
