STAFF PICKS 2022 - MYLES THOMSON

Oh man! What treat this gin is. For me its the perfect summer gin. That juicy lime pop and the spicy, savoury hit from the pink peppercorn is such a great combo. I know there is alot of citrus driven gin around but the crew at Lind & Lime ended up using lime pith and rind to flavour this so there is more of a lift and a little bitter twist to the lime flavour/aroma that is really unique. The savoury pink peppercorn lend a quartzy, savour edge to the slightly oily pallet and while this isn't a super complexm run-down of 100 bitanicals it delivers beautifully in its simplicty and form. Dirty tonic with this one all the way baby. MYLES

Lind & Lime Gin is the very first spirit produced by The Port of Leith Distillery Co at their Tower Street Stillhouse. They’ve thrown their full and unbridled energy into creating a gin forged entirely from the talent, heritage and industry of Edinburgh and its historic distilling district of Leith.
