The Prince Wine Store Introductory Wine Course has been developed in order to teach interested consumers, amateurs and industry beginners about the various aspects of wine, simply and informally.
While the course covers topics such as wine history, wine making, great wine regions of the world and the buying and storing of wine, a ‘hands on’ approach remains the primary focus of the course syllabus, with significant time spent tasting and discussing wine from all corners of the globe!
The Introductory Wine Course is often the springboard to more refined interests in wine and many students go on to do other PWS courses and WSET courses. Speak to PWS staff for advice regarding packages and pathways.
Course Structure:
Lead by our team of experienced wine professionals, this course is run over four weeks on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings 6-8pm at the Prince Wine Store South Melbourne.
