Dani Sanchez Nogue owns and makes the wines for two wineries in the barren North of Spain; DIT Cellar in the DO of Montsant, and Azul y Garanza in DO Navarra. Dani has been at the forefront of the organic viticulture revolution in Spain since his own conversion in the late 90's, alas he has gained a huge cult following in Spain as a key figure in the 'new wave' of modern producers. Having travelled and made wine throughout the world in such places as Australia, South Africa, Priorat and Burgundy, Dani combines this worldy experience together with a passionate enthusiasm for a naturalistic viticulture to produce wines that truly speak of their place.
