Fattori Danieli

After a long history as growers the Fattori family began to produce wine in the 1970's. The current 'Antonio' utilises a combination modern winemaking techniques, temperature controlled fermentations with stainless steel, with traditional practices of the use of cement and in some cases older large format oak in order to maintain the freshness and vibrancy, whilst adding complexity.
