Gin has been a steadily growing category in the drinks world for some time with a plethora of styles and options now on the market. We are particularly lucky here in Australia with a number of excellent local Gin’s and even more so in Melbourne with the likes of the Melbourne Gin Company and now Four Pillars. Stuart Gregor, Cameron Mackenzie and Matt Jones are the brains and brawn behind this fantastic local Gin.
