Certified organic this 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah Rhone blend is sourced from Olivier Klein's Estate's highland, sandy limestone vineyards and set around the hamlet of Sabran. Its all done by hand and with minimal fussing in the winery to keep this vibrant and fresh.
Crammed with bright red fruits, fresh picked raspberry, bing cherry while lavender, sage and wild herbs linger softly in the background. Its soft and supple on the palate but full of energy and plenty of snappy fruit and crunchy acidity to keep it lively and playful. Spot on Cotes du Rhone!
