1500 bottles produced from 2 demi-muid (600 litre barrels). Handpicked and whole bunch pressed. Wild fermented in new demi-muids. Left 12 months on lees and then bottled without fining or filtration. A little shy but opens up with citrus and melon with some vanilla and herbal oak characters on the nose. The palate has good depth of  fruit that is softly textured. Nicely balanced with citrus notes. JON
