One of the most famous vineyards within Chavignol, Boulay's parcel comes from 45yo vines on the standout soils of Terres Blanches (white chalky clay and limestone).

The nose starts out a little reticent - subtle tones of stone fruit, citrus and mountain herbs, but then you take a sip and the palate ignites all the tastebuds. An explosive eruption of flavours - oyster shell, sea pray, white nectarine and lemon pith is enlivened by an electric zip of acidity. The wines texture is a standout as it ebbs and flows across the palate, singing off with a saline tail. GABRIELLE POY, PWS
