Stefano Lubiana

Monique and Steve Lubiana left Riverland grapegrowing and winemaking in 1990, and purchased a greenfield site at Granton. In 91 they planted the first 2.5ha of their current 25ha vineyard. The first Pinot Chardonnay sparkling and Pinot Noir and Chardonnay table wines were made in 93. Five years later they began total organic vineyard management, evolving into a program of biodynamic management. JAMES HALLIDAY
