Dark orange-pink. Aromas and flavors of cherry and black raspberry, with toast and anise accents and a touch of peppery spice. Bitter cherry and blood orange flavors show good depth and energy, with gentle acidity adding lift. Closes on a tangy note, with lingering toastiness and red fruit character.
