il Modo

Il Modo is the passion project of Ray Nadeson of Lethbridge Estates. This was born out of their love the traditional styled wines of Italy and Georgia. Il Modo is the culmination of 20 years of experimentation and research by Ray focused into an exploration of traditional Italian Mediterranean varietals made traditionally in Tuscan Amphorae. He describes the wines as low in additions but extremely high in labour and the fruit is sourced from Mildura.  The wines are well made, clean and unique. PWS
