Good and ginny with plenty of fresh-tasting juniper and punchy citrus notes courtesy of the makrut lime and cape gooseberries and, apparently, an additional zesty sourness provided by baobab fruit. The well-balanced initial flavours give way to a nice peppery finish make a very good G&T.
